This owner came to us not satisfied with Revo chip tuning software. The car had a bad hiccup in the higher rpm (easily visible on the dyno sheet) and Revo dealers were unable to fix the car. Also, strong setup clogged the DPF, forcing the car to constantly regenerate DPF and put the consumption up to 1.5L. After removing totally clogged DPF and retuning the car, we gained healthy and strong power out of this 2.0tdi engine. Jump from 184hp to 239hp is a big big difference from faulty revo software. Custom tune really pays off with proper results. No smoke, even without DPF.
